to photo gallery
Go to the gallery for a mix of local landscape and wildlife shots taken mostly on Australia's east coast and on the waterways around the Sunshine Coast. Some favourite Queensland spots have been the Pumicestone Passage around Bribie Island, Lake Monduran, Lake Awoonga, beautiful Baroomba Dam and Fraser Island on occasion. The local Dicky Beach shipwreck is featured along with photos taken further south at Lake Eucumbene in the Snowy Mountains, Burrill Lake, and Tallowa Gorge in the Kangaroo Valley, NSW. There's a long list of freshwater places yet to explore...

- under construction - 'On the Water' - a photo collection from days out on lakes and rivers in QLD and NSW. Photos on many of these lakes were thanks to pedalling on the Hobie kayak. It's a beautiful way to cruise around - quiet access on the water and both hands free for cameras.

Leaf through a few pages and see more of the large format hardback copy at the blurb bookstore soon...

animated sketches
Just for fun! Here's an animated sketch showing the Southern Cross and The Pointers directing you to due South. It's fun to know, although no Crocodile Dundee type applications for finding my way home yet. Hit Play... There are more sketch animations to see on the gallery page. These are done mostly with the mouse and some using a wacom tablet.
Go to ratemydrawings.com and see all sorts of fantastic artwork. You can draw in the low res version that I've used here - this gives you the full animation of how the drawing was created. Or you can draw in high res with all sorts of illustration tools and just show the final artwork...have a go!
